Celebrity Chef, Ms. Clarissa Wright Dickson, of the Cooking Channel's Two Fat Ladies cooking show died on March 15, 2014.

I tuned into the show not for the recipes but because of the ladies' sharp wit, banter and unpretentious ways.

On lard: “Just in case you think it’s unhealthy,” Ms. Dickson Wright said, “don’t be put off by that.”
