I re-read the email a third time to make sure I didn't miss any detail......

On behalf of the Rotary International – Rotary Club of Capitol Hill, we are very excited that you have agreed to speak at our meeting on Tuesday, November 18 2014. Your confirmed topic is your Food Blog, Technicolor Dining.  Please send a short bio and any PowerPoint presentations 48 hours in advance.

The goal of the Capitol Hill Rotary Club is to represent the highest ideals of Rotary International through its service-oriented programs both at home and abroad.  On Capitol Hill, our club promotes projects that fight hunger and encourage literacy. Our members regularly serve dinner at a homeless shelter for women, provide books for local elementary school libraries, and tutor students in schools. The club also has active programs supporting the students of Gallaudet University, the foremost University in the world for deaf and hearing impaired individuals.
